BEFORE YOU BOOK
Practical questions.
Clear answers.
Know what to ask, how to prepare and what to expect. Treatment specific instructions are provided for your service.
What happens when I request a quote?
Tell us your suburb, property type and the pests or signs you have noticed. Our pest specialist will discuss the problem, access and treatment options with you. Your scope and quote are agreed before work starts; sending an enquiry does not book a visit.
How much does pest treatment cost?
Your quote depends on the pest, property size, extent of activity, access and any follow up needed. Residential treatments are quoted for the agreed scope. Commercial monitoring and ongoing visits are quoted after discussing the site. Ask for the full price, including any applicable GST, before confirming.
How long will the visit take?
The time varies with the property and the work required. We will discuss an expected visit length when planning your appointment. Some problems need monitoring or more than one visit.
What should I do about children and pets?
Tell us about children, pets, aquariums and anyone with relevant sensitivities before treatment. Preparation and reentry instructions depend on the product, application and site. Follow the specific written instructions provided for your treatment.
How should I prepare the property?
Preparation depends on the pest and the treatment. We will explain any access, cleaning, food storage or pet arrangements before the appointment. Do not move bait stations or clean treated areas until you have checked the aftercare instructions.
When should I expect results?
Different pests and treatment methods work over different timescales. Some activity can continue while a treatment takes effect. We will explain what to expect, what to monitor and when to contact us again for the service you receive.
What if I still see pests after treatment?
Contact us with the date, location and signs of activity so we can review the situation. Any included follow up period, covered pests and conditions will be stated in your quote. New infestations, different pests or additional work may need a separate quote.
Do you work with businesses?
Yes. We welcome enquiries from offices, shops, cafés, restaurants and warehouses in Berwick, surrounding suburbs and across Melbourne. We can discuss a pest problem or a monitoring and treatment plan tailored to the property, including visit frequency, reporting and access arrangements.
Do you offer termite services?
Our pest specialist has completed termite and timber pest inspection and control training. Contact us to discuss your needs and confirm the services currently available. Termite inspections, termite treatment and timber pest work are separate from a general pest treatment.
Which suburbs do you service?
We service Berwick, surrounding suburbs and across Melbourne, including Officer, Pakenham, Cranbourne, Narre Warren, Dandenong, Keysborough, Beaconsfield and Clyde North. Include your suburb when you enquire so we can discuss travel and appointment availability.
How do payment and booking work?
We agree the service, price, appointment and payment arrangements directly before you confirm. Please ask about available payment methods when requesting your quote. A website enquiry is a request for contact, not a confirmed booking.
What does sustainable pest control mean here?
We start with pest identification and the conditions supporting activity. Advice can include hygiene, storage, exclusion and habitat management, alongside targeted treatment when appropriate. The aim is to address the source of the problem and reduce avoidable product use.
